We will be there to take care of all your needs from your initial enquiry until you vacate the property.

Swallows will endeavour to secure you a rental property that matches your criteria and is within your budget. We shall accompany you on viewings and our staff will be happy to advise on all aspects of your move. We will provide you with full information on the local area including schools, shops and other facilities. A happy and secure marriage of people and property is our objective.

If you choose to take the tenancy on one of our properties we will ask you to pay an application fee of 1 week's rent and VAT of the monthly rental of the property you wish to take. This fee is taken as a holding fee to reserve you the Property and also it covers the cost of referencing.
